Reporting to the Vice Provost and Director of Libraries and the Director of Development for Arts and Culture, responsible for the design, management and implementation of a comprehensive development program to raise private and public funds in support of the strategic goals of the Penn Libraries, the President’s Penn Compact 20/20 and the University’s overall development plan.
Reporting to the Executive Director of Development at Penn Engineering (SEAS), develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for identifying, cultivating, soliciting and stewarding individual major gift prospects and donors (including alumni, friends, parents and planned giving prospects) capable of making gifts of $100K and above. Manage a prospect pool of approximately 250 potential prospects. Responsible for completing 120 face- to- face visits. Manage SEAS Planned Giving Program.
Reporting to the Assistant Dean for Advancement, Alumni Affairs and Communications, responsible for the overall direction and management for Penn Vet’s Alumni Relations program. Serve as a key member of the Senior Management Team, maintain positive relations with the alumni population of over 6,000 and manage the Special Events Coordinator. Design and implement projects that strategically engage alumni to strengthen programs and provide tangible benefits to alumni and current students.
