Reporting to the Director of Recreation and Intercollegiate Athletics and to the Associate Vice President of Development for Undergraduate Programs, oversee all aspects of the planning, implementation, and execution of DRIA’s comprehensive, coordinated fundraising program, raising $20M+ per year for endowment, capital and annual giving priorities (expected to grow to $30M+ during upcoming campaign). Serve as the key advisor and expert to the Director of Recreation and Intercollegiate Athletics for all development and alumni relations matters.

Reporting to the Executive Director of The Penn Fund, play an important part in The Penn Fund’s donor solicitation and participation efforts. Responsible for developing and executing a plan for engaging Penn’s youngest alumni in The Penn Fund’s mission and soliciting young alumni for leadership and participation-level contributions. Responsible for soliciting at least 500 prospects, 300 of them at the Benjamin Franklin Society level ($250+) as well as visiting 50-75 prospects/donors on an annual basis.

The Senior Data Analyst is a member of the Data & Analytics Team for the External Affairs office at The Wharton School. The Data & Analytics Team is responsible for data management & strategic reporting and analysis of fundraising and alumni data. The work supports the fundraising and engagement mission of the Wharton External Affairs department.This position will be a technology leader on the team. The Sr. Data Analyst will provide expertise to end-users on dashboard, statistical analysis, and data management best practices.
