The Administrative Coordinator, Global Clubs will assist in the coordination of Wharton Global Clubs Network activities and program operations, and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Engagement & Programming Team. The incumbent will work with and provide administrative support to a team of five people, reporting directly to the Senior Associate Director, Global Clubs, with an additional dotted line report to the Director, Engagement & Programming.
The Development Coordinator performs a variety of responsibilities in support of the Morris Arboretum’s overall fundraising program, including providing direct administrative support to the Director of Development and to the Department overall.
The mission of the Major Gifts Program is to raise major gifts ($250K – $5 million+) for University priorities, with a focus on the undergraduate schools: Nursing, the School of Arts and Sciences, the School of Engineering and Applied Sciences and Wharton. In addition, the program is charged with identifying and developing new major gift prospects and volunteer leadership for the Schools, Centers and University. Prospects assigned to the Major Gifts Program are largely comprised of undergraduate alumni, but also include parents of current undergraduate students.
The Office of University Stewardship at the University of Pennsylvania provides guidance for Development and Alumni Relations for broad-based stewardship efforts and school and center specific stewardship of their most generous donors. As part of the Principal Gifts department, responsibilities include stewardship of the University’s leading donors and assistance with stewardship needs of the University President. The administrative coordinator works closely with the Senior Director to manage projects and implement programs to steward donors with a lifetime giving of $1 million or more.
The Administrative Coordinator, CFR will compile and analyze research to identify prospects to drive the Wharton CFR global strategy. This position will support the team’s execution of travel and preparation for meetings, as well as work directly with selected Wharton research centers and initiatives to solicit corporate partners. The administrative coordinator will also work with the CFR, External Affairs commnications and data teams to create marketing, cultivation and stewardship materials for prospects.
Reporting to the Senior Director, Campaign Operations the Assistant Director, Campaign Operations manages projects around critical aspects of the university campaign, including the campaign Presidential tour, campaign volunteer management, communications, central priorities and goals, and campaign management.
