The Office of Programs & Special Events (P&SE) plans over 170 events per year and supports all departments within Development & Alumni Relations. P&SE also oversees all DAR events during Alumni Weekend, Family Weekend and Homecoming Weekend. Our events are located on campus, domestically and internationally.
Advancement Research & Analysis is the centrally-located unit that keeps frontline fundraisers up-to-date about potential and existing donors to the University of Pennsylvania. In addition to identifying potential new donors, ARA provides background information about donors’ ability to, and interest in giving to the University, as well as managing the assignment of these donors.
The Office of Principal Gifts works with the University of Pennsylvania’s most generous prospect pool to maximize their levels of support for Central, School and Center priorities. As part of the Principal Gifts department, responsibilities include managing the relationships of the University’s most generous donors and strategically organizing use of and staffing the President, Provost, Deans, Trustees and other high level volunteers in principal gift cultivation and solicitation.
