The Administrative Coordinator, CFR is a member of the Corporate and Foundation Relations team within Development who will compile and analyze research to identify prospects to drive the Wharton CFR global strategy. This position will support the team's execution of travel and preparation for meetings, as well as work directly with selected Wharton research centers and initiatives to solicit corporate partners. The administrative coordinator will also work with the CFR, External Affairs communications and data teams to create marketing, cultivation and stewardship materials for prospects.
The Assistant Development Officer (ADO) serves as an instrumental member of the Penn Medicine Development and Alumni Relations and Abramson Cancer Center (ACC) Development teams working to advance specified clinical fundraising programs at Penn Medicine. The ADO works in partnership with the Senior Director of Development to plan, coordinate, and implement development efforts for defined areas currently including several clinical departments and divisions. The ADO assumes writing responsibilities for donor and faculty proposals, updates and communications.

This role reports to the Chief Executive Director of Operations. Provides general administrative support to the Chief Executive Director of Operations and the Senior Executive Director, Communications and External Affairs including scheduling, financial processing and meeting prep. Provide additional assistance by staffing events and assisting Gifts, Research and Communications during high volume times. Help cover front desk 2-3 days per week and provide financial support to the Operations team.
The Assistant Director (Onboarding & Retention) of the Penn Alumni Interview Program (PAIP) assists in the implementation of the alumni volunteer effort to help recruit, interview, and yield prospective students for Penn's undergraduate schools and programs. Reporting to the Director of the Penn Alumni Interview Program, the Assistant Director will assist in managing the university’s largest single alumni volunteer effort to promote outreach to prospective Penn students through the alumni network, while providing important applicant information to the Office of Admissions.
