The Administrative Coordinator, Digital Engagement will coordinate team projects and processes, including but not limited to the Wharton Webinar Series, alumni websites, apps, and online programming. The incumbent will work with and provide comprehensive administrative support to the Digital Engagement team, reporting directly to the Senior Associate Director, Digital Engagement. The position works collaboratively as a member of the Alumni Relations team and the larger Coordinator team across External Affairs and will assist with team and office-wide needs, including but not limited to:

The Director, Strategic Event Development and Production is responsible for developing specific projects and event strategies supporting current and future Development and Alumni Relations goals. This will include but not be limited to developing strategies and program content for events showcasing university-level priorities, including presidential campaign events, academic events with a campaign focus, on and off-campus campaign kick-off, campaign exposition and conclusion events, legacy tour events and incoming presidential welcome events.

Reporting to the Director of Research and Prospect Management, this position provides prospect research and prospect management services in support of the Wharton School’s fundraising and engagement efforts within the division of Wharton External Affairs. The Associate Director will work closely with the Director of Research and Prospect Management to define and produce a range of research information products. The Associate Director will manage and direct prospect assignments for major gifts officers, and will create and maintain prospect portfolios for frontline fundraisers.
