The Administrative Coordinator, CFR will compile and analyze research to identify prospects to drive the Wharton CFR global strategy. This position will support the team’s execution of travel and preparation for meetings, as well as work directly with selected Wharton research centers and initiatives to solicit corporate partners. The administrative coordinator will also work with the CFR, External Affairs commnications and data teams to create marketing, cultivation and stewardship materials for prospects.
Reporting to the Associate Director of Research and Prospect Management, the Prospect Researcher serves as a member of the Wharton External Affairs Research and Prospect Management team, which provides in-depth research services and prospect management to staff in support of Wharton External Affairs’ fundraising and alumni relations goals. Manages a significant workload of research projects primarily concerned with proactive prospect identification and screening, on both Wharton alumni and other Wharton donor prospects, both international and domestic.
Report directly to the Director of Regional Development. Secondary reports to two major gifts fundraisers in Wharton External Affairs. The position provides high level administrative support and project coordination. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: scheduling meetings with donors, prospects, directors and others; coordinating extensive travel arrangements; drafting correspondence; and carefully managing and organizing the major gifts officers’ schedules. Poise, maturity, and excellent judgment are required for this position.
